What is Caverta?
Caverta (Generic Viagra) is Ranbaxy's brand of "sildenafil citrate".Caverta is the latest oral drug introduced for the treatment of a condition known as "erectile dysfunction" (ED). How Caverta works?
Under normal condition when a man get sexually stimulated more and more blood flow in his penis causing it’s erection but Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a condition under which a man does not get and/or sustain an erection when sexually excited due to lack of flow of enough blood in the penis needed to cause an erection. Who should take Caverta?
Only a doctor can tell whether you can take Caverta or not and that too which option pack. So don’t forget to tell your doctor if you had or have:
- Any heart problems (e.g., angina, chest pain, heart failure, irregular heart beats, or heart attack), have ever had a stroke,
- Low or high blood pressure,
- A rare inherited eye disease called retinitis pigmentosa,
- Any kidney problems or any liver problems,
- Any blood problems, including sickle cell anemia or leukaemia,
- Allergies to sildenafil or any of the other ingredients of Caverta tablets,
- A deformed penis, Peyronie's disease, or ever had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours,
- Stomach ulcers or any types of bleeding problems
- Or, if you are taking any other medicines.
Caverta is only for men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction, is not for children, or women. Caverta must be used only under a doctor's supervision.
Side Effects of Caverta
Caverta (sildenafil citrate) can cause some side effects. The most common side effects are headache, flushing of the face and upset stomach. How to store Caverta?
Normally temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) is suitable for Caverta and it should be kept away from light and moisture and also from the children.
